This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Mirach Apps Lda. (“Mirach Apps,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses and discloses your personal information. This Policy applies to information we collect when you use ourwebsite(mirachapps.com), Mirach Dispute Reducer, Mirach SEO,Mirach SEM, Mirach Shopify Sync, Mirach Google Sheets Sync, and other possible online products and services where this Policy is posted (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
The information we gather or process is used solely to improve the quality of Service. The information is non-personalized and never sold to third parties. No personally-identifying information is collected.
We use Google Analytics as a third party analytics provider, to help us understand how users engage with the Service. It compiles Service usage reports and helps us improve UX and functionality. The reports disclose Website trends without identifying individual visitors.
We use Sentry for error tracking. When an error occurs during Service usage, Sentry collects related technical details. It helps us quickly address technical problems.
2. API permissions
To seamlessly integrate with a customer's Shopify store, Shopify applications require specific permissions, known as "API access scopes." These scopes delineate the application's level of access to a customer's Shopify data, ensuring interactions with the store's resources are both secure and appropriately scoped. The following sections detail the utilization of access scopes in our applications.
Mirach Dispute Reducer

When authenticating with Google, an application may require specific permissions known as"OAuth 2.0 Scopes". These scopes grant the app access to certain Google APIs.
Mirach SEO
Mirach SEO does not transmit any client data outside the client's browser. Nonetheless, it requires some scopes for integration with Google Docs.

3. Cookies
We use cookies for analytics purposes in order to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to track user interactions which helps show how users use the Service. You can opt out of Google Analytics without affecting how you visit our Website by going to or via Google's Ads settings.

Google OAuth2 Limited Use Disclosure
Mirach Shopify/Sheets Sync and other Mirach Apps products’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
