Search terms cleanup should not take half your optimization time
Negative keyword work is simple in theory: find irrelevant queries and exclude them. In practice, the manual workflow is slow, repetitive, and easy to delay.
Waste
from missed negatives
Irrelevant queries keep spending
If search terms are not reviewed often, poor-fit queries can continue collecting clicks before they are added as negatives.
Hours
lost to cleanup
Manual review breaks your flow
PPC managers have to scan reports, select words, copy phrases, check existing lists, and format match types by hand.
